I have big goals in life. The podcast served me well so far, but I’m finally taking a quality over quantity turn. So that I can get more cash, create my “business that creates businesses” and focus my time on what matters: longevity, AGI and BCI.
My goal scaling this podcast experiement was to learn, grow my network and drive sales.
learn from folks: I’ve learn a handful from probably 1% the CEOs I interviewed. The rest were under my lvl, meaning, if I spoke instead of them, I’d add more value.
grow my network: done, I added a couple billionaires to my network, yet this is a long term investment.
drive sales: drived many, especially in the past few weeks. But always less than my direct sales channel.
Now, my plan is to AI Outreach to a handful few, or only to CEOs making 50M+/yr a year. As I don’t feel I personally have much to learn from most under this bar. I won’t only interview CEOs but cool people as well. Famous folks.
The main why I scaled down the experiment is that I discovered that the very successful have more chance accepting a sales call with an cold email AI expert like my self than a pod invite. I will still be doing pods, but 50% less than I was. My funnel will be: sales call first, and then podcast invite.
I will also document going from 0 to 1M in less than 12 months for one of my business this year. 0 to 1M as I completely removed the human model and I’ve changed a bunch of things from my biz, so theoretically, it’s like starting from scratch. I’ll also repeat the experiment with a new-new business of mine. Document it all for you. Stay tuned.
