At 15 CEO interviews / day, I need to start outsourcing these pod interviews to keep on growing my podpire.com.
I’m building CharlesAI’s to make the interviews, but until then: humans.
Yes, humans that’ll break after a couple months, yes, humans that’ll take 10X more cash than my AIs. But I’m off in this direction again, so I can feel the pain and overflow into building my AIs. Or miraculously crack the HR code. And have success with employee # 1012 ? Luv, is that you?
I’ll be hiring folks to take podcast interviews for me. They’ll have their face out there and practice practice practice. They’ll eventually graduate into doing their own podcasts / company. The ceowisdompodcast.com brand will be promoted forward and they’ll do podpire.com ads intro-outro, and every time they refer me a podpire.com lead, they’ll get 15% on my close. If they close themselves, they’ll get 30%. Pure commission yes, as even if it’s not the most effective program, it’s aligned with my values that “everyone should be an entrepreneur”. I expect everyone to graduate out of that program in 6 months. Aka launch their own podcast.
I’ll teach these folks everything I know about outreach, business and podcasting. For free, instead of my 100k franchise program. Seems pretty win+win for me. For folks that understand that a) AI’s coming and b) sales are changing and c) probably 10 other megatrends aligned with podcasting / content / community building. This is a very niched program.
I’m targeting mostly: SDRs, AEs (sales people) but also business owners starting their journeys. This is part-time, that’s the beauty of this program.
I’m also targeting the 1% “students” and “interns” out there: one’s that are great at content and want to start their own venture. ← Not bullish on that as I’ve seen the wEQ of newgens, but who knows, maybe I can find another Charles: a kid with billion dollar ambitions willing to change the world, and knowing that mentorship’s the fast route there :)
