100 meetings a week is bunkers to many. But to me when I’m looking at my calendar, I’m looking at a bank account. And let me tell you it’s quite full. Even in this shitconomy.
Every time I’m meeting someone new I’m depositing in this bank account. That’s how banks started btw, relationships between humans. Lend me this money John, and I’ll give you that money + 10% interest. Clients pay me because of that trust and the potential results I can give them, too. Depositing in that trust account daily. No account yields better and safer results. That is, if you have a solid backend.
What is my current backend?
This Newsletter
I annoy many of you a couple of times per week. 80% of my content’s good. Sometimes I fail. But I rarely do I fail to provide 1 edutainer/news. I give my “paid” newsletter for free to all folks I spoke to on the pod. Substack’s my tool.
Community: lvl96.com
Folks I really like after the pod + that I think can make great mastermind members get an invite to this group. Folks that improve 1% daily. It’s free and we produce more-better content off it. We also group up folks in similar niches together. Controversial? Yes. Useful? Yes.
LinkedIn Posts
My LinkedIn’s like my twitter. It’s spontaneous and shorter form. I pop on 100k CEO’s feed every month. Don’t get lots of interaction but that’s not my point right now, I’m AB testing en masse.
Remarketing
Probably the most powerful piece of the backend here. All folks that have seen my youtube videos, well, see them again. They see: my best pods, they see my cold email AI services, they see my podcasting services and my Build your YouGPT ads. Constantly. A strong reminder of my existence. Same on LinkedIn. Remarketing’s da bomb. I’m starting a full remarketing agency this year as a result. What should I name it? remrktg.com?
This whole backend gives me an omnipresence on various qualitative levels. This increases trust. This means more money for me, in the end. And for all nodes in my network.
