are you in a job or a niche that's 1 OpenAi update away from sinking?
time to think realistically and make moves right now to avoid having your rope cut off.
I’m “late to the news”, but Anthropic, the wokest of all AI companies (behind Claude) is taking steps in the RPA game:
the “strongest” RPA companies like UIPath have been too slow and haven’t gone in the right GTM direction to take the lead on the first AI Agent that will do stuff for you.
I mean, chatGPT already “does stuff” for you, like cleaning documents, enriching data, etc. But now you’ll be able to tell an agent to “Go buy this on Amazon”, “go prospect this client”, “go fill all these podcast guest forms”, etc.
I don’t think Anthropic will be successful in this field: they are too woke and restricted. The Agent will tell you “no” for about 25% of your requests.
Sam Altman on the other hand, a wartime CEO, will make the OpenAgent very liberal, obeying almost every order.
What will this mean for your employees? The death of them, mostly, as AIs will be able to outperform them on almost every single task. AIs grow and learn faster and scale 10-100X more than employees that yes, still pretend to work at least 10% of their time (most 25% of the time). No more social games, just pure gains for capitalists out there.
I’m looking forward to this disruption and deploying my agent for massive productivity gains. Are you?
