“I’m not good at interviewing” → you can become good at it or hire a firm like mine to do the interviews for you. interviewing is one of the highest ROI skills I’ve learned. coming from someone utterly obsessed with learn, growth and ROI.
“It takes too much time” → it won’t. 15mins/day per episode is the strict minimum. you can go low edits or have a firm do it for you.
“It won’t lift off the ground” → it won’t if you think the plane’s grounded. it will if you have the vision and persist. nothing goes “viral”.
“people won’t accept to talk to me” → if you think so. But in reality, ppl love to be interviewed, especially by smart folks. You might have your niche/angle/innovation. these folks might be on a pod tour, lucky you! they might be looking for your small but mighty audience. they might need a clout dose, who knows! to get back on the track of growth. and you’ll be the momentum. don’t paint your pessimist black on this blue ocean world. instead, try scaling serendipity :)
“It won’t pay” → podcasting is the #1 paying/ROI/scalable activity a CEO can execute on. this is a bold claim, coming from an experienced someone. do not take it lightly.
“I’m an impostor” yes, and so is everyone. think Bill started rich of the Gates? you become your vision, no sorcery at play. just the mind and the laws of physics.
