scrape the guests off them
find the emails of these guests via apollo.io
send email to them to invite to your podcast
in my case, I also pitch em for my podcast agency service, get them invited to more podcasts, find them more quality guests or sponsors for their own pods.
the coolness of this strat is that these guests are already vetted: they communicate well, have a cool message and potentially have a pre-existing audience.
this means for you: more subscribers, better convos, and potential clients or partners.
every 10 pods I do, 5 folks will be interested to have a product demo of mine. 2-3 will convert into clients. this can be done at scale.
