I’ve let go of my very last employee yesterday in a very drastic and historic moment in my life/business: my full AI metamorphosis. Feeling: relief. Peace, calm, flow.
I’ve maxed out “outsourcing”. And sure, even hiring 1k humans, giving 50 culture pushes, working on my EQ with 15 coaches and building 100+ HR systems (SOPs and hiring en masse) doesn’t mean my failed 9-to-5ers experiment is statistically significant for you.
And I do believe I could have been somewhat successful at manipulating humans for profits, but it just doesn’t fit my values. I don’t believe in “give them what they want”. What they don’t want, they need to survive in this future. I believe the whole employer-employee model to be completely broken. I challenge you to challenge this claim. Til then, I’ll be an entrepreneurship hyperpromoter.
So anyways. For now, my DFY→DBC prices are spiking from 2k/month to a short term 2.5k/month CharlesBeta program in which I’ll accept 5 clients for now. 3 spots already taken since yesterday.
So yes, I’m going back to “consulting”, although it’s not the “waste my time” type. I’m still building a massive PMF machine, read about my partnership masterplan here. So yeah, YC folks, I’m not a simpleton consultant going from non-scale. the contrary. My short term plan is to actually accommodate 30 clients at this price point. That’s a nice 75k/m. Productized services > SaaS. I’ll write an article on this later.
Bottom line, what that would potentially mean for you is that you’d get NuclearCharles for your business, for the first time in years, I’d be dedicating a good chunk of my time to helping businesses reach 100 meetings/month. Yes, even when my team failed to reach 5 meetings/month. That’s the dichotomy between 1000X perf.
I’m not saying this will happen quick, but it will happen. Heck, I’m scaling my 100 meets/week to 1k meets/week. Outsource these sales calls to MercenAE’s and hopefully soon AIs.
