substack agency will be mainbread in 2024

podcasting is printing lots of money nowadays, but close second would be this newsletter. I’m getting around 5 leads booked a day through it. Substack is free. No wonders Elon was mad at it / trying to take it down.

newsletters done right are gold mines. I don’t believe much in organic. So I subscribe the ICP I target on my podcast: CEO’s earning minimum 420k/yr.

These folks have the team, budgets and structure to buy my services. They’re used to committing and they’re far in the “career game”.

So this newsletter is money. Lots of ppl tell me it’s different, that it’s fun, and it’s raw. That’s how it’s meant to be. It’s Charlesque.
