so I suspected this pod system of mine would work pretty well. it’s sure complex and there’s like a 10 requirement fitlist for clients to be eligible, but man does it destroy calendars. it breaks bank. while my direct cold email as a service is doing “okay”.
my podcasting with a leadgen front has always been hard for me to explain: it’s my lead gen / cold email AI background mixed with my passion: podcasting. It’s my ikigai, it’s my vennflow.
So the couple of odd clients that piloted this pod lead funnel of mine a couple of months ago find themselves rich today, and my recent increase from 2.5k to 3.5k makes all the sense in the world today.
Some of them get 10+ pods booked a day. They have reps to close 10% of these daily pods into clients. Most have an LTV of 10k+. Some 120k with a 5% close rate.
It’s beauty at play, even more beautiful than the AI campaigns I’m launching daily now with Persana and Clay.
It’s my art and my life’s work: scale at play and a glimpse at the business that builds other business. Market research, PMF and scientific implementation, all in one.
The premise is simple in this calm market: ppl just don’t want to hop on a “demo call” with you. But they do want to hop on a “pod” with you.
Folks that want to re-invent themselves into podcasters (open their mind) and reap the benefits are making a killing in this program.
Pods are market research, network growth, sales and fun all-in-one.
I’m surprised still that no agency has scaled this. Seems like I’ll be the one taking it to an extreme, I’m calling a 10M from that biz alone next year. No employees. Building in public. I’m also building a client-interviews-clients database / ecosystem and it’s scaling faster than anything I’ve seen. I myself have interviewed 1.5k CEOs in less than a year. I’ll SaaS this one out who knows.
lmk if you want part of the adventure.
