Not all my campaigns are successes.
My success rate with my coaching product is 90%. That is the Done by You Cold Email.
My success rate with cold email Done by Charles product is 80%. It’s lower as I’ll never be as good as you are with communicating the value behind your product. I will beat you at market though, but offer is more important in the PMF world. And mind that Done by Charles means only 1 hr investment / month vs. 10-20 hours/month if you do it yourself.
Now why the 10-20% failure rate? Because I’m no Product Market Fit divine yet. Getting there though, even as probably the best PMF cold emailer in the world.
I do believe that the technology I use is the most efficient and accurate. My system’s a Product Market Fit Machine, giving you a chance at succeeding, but if we can’t test enough products with enough markets, or just hit a stride of bad luck, we might not be successful together. I offer a gateway to success, not success itself. The worse outcome of us not being successful together is you getting the keys to the machine for further shots at PMF later on. And 10-30k contacts in the bank.
Most of my failure cases involve clients give up mentally too early. It’s week 6 and they still don’t see qualified meetings. This has a 10-20% chance of happening, so I never worry on stuff I can’t control, as a stoic.
As an Ironman (and yesaturday Spartan Ultra), I don’t give up easily. But as soon as I see clients not showing up to meetings, or show up in a negative mindset to meetings, it makes it quite hard to hit success. I depend on clients as brainstorm partners to hit success. Imagine to try to have a client loose weight when they “don’t belive in loosing weight anymore.”
I need mind openness and grit over the minimum 3 months we’re gonna work together. Most of my work is mindset work.
Product Market Fit takes time. 3 months for product market fit is incredibly fast. Most entrepreneurs will get 1 product market fit in a 30 years career span.
Now, does it mean I accept pretty much everyone in my program? Well, if there’s space, I generally accept around 80% of prospects, yes.
First, there’s a natural money barrier to my program. I charge 2k/m for coaching and 3.5k/m for done for you. Usually, unsuccessful folks, or new lvl folks won’t have that kind of money to hire me.
Second, for the one’s that do have the money, I don’t accept toxic mindsets or ppl asking me for favors upfront: prices, deliverables, or ppl that just “don’t get it”. But my content does such a content at filtering folks that I accept a great majority. I’m always looking for hyperfits. I deliver so much value upfront and should make it so radically clear that I’m the best roifit that I wouldn’t expect to waste any time or energy with “details”.
Thought I’d share my mental process with pricing, energy investment, transparency and how I run my agency / consultancy for you folks that are in similar niches out there.
My thoughts do not always come out crystal clear but you may get golden nuggets throughout this one.
Peace,
