2. High Market Demand

3. Growing Demand

4. Doesn’t require much effort (time, energy)

5. Needs to interact with the rest of my startups and add value to the ecosystem

6. Has to be ethical

7. Has to help the world

8. Has to provide value

9. No need for cofounders

10. No code

11. No need for employees (ai agents ran)

12. No need for capital to start

13. Legal, but grey zone

14. Profitable from day 1

15. High profit margins

16. Tech-powered

17. Some moat

18. Sales are easy - can be done through cold email 

19. Needs to be b2b

20. Can be launched now/today

21. Easy to get PR / Word of Mouth / Referrals (Wow effect)

22. High ticket

23. Can advertise on all platforms (not against rules) 

24. Can bring me clients that’ll convert into friends and business partners

25. Will not be destroyed in 1 day by a Tech Giant

26. Will not be destroyed by AI 

27. Not stressful 

28. Adds lifespan 

29. Won’t create much enemies
