realized the last couple of days, during my coffee fasting that biohacking was my edge. like there is a significant performance difference in me if I take supplements like Qualia or stay supplement sober.
for ppl wondering about my 100 meets/week regimen, that’s mostly it. now the key is edging against the anxiety created by too much caffeine / being too IQ-oriented. Meditation helps, sauna helps. #nocaf after 2pm helps.
