From 30k MRR to 0, and from 0 back to 20k MRR, basically. In 3 months.

Months ago I let go of my full team and decided to rebuild my agency from scratch: me and AIs. The pain was worth it.

My goal is to have 32 new clients / day and roll at 50k/ day, 1.5M/month just from consulting. let’s see how that goes / how long that takes.

32 coaching clients a day is 15mins given to each. 8 hours a day. still gives me 4 hours to build whatever I want. 4 of leisure and 8ish of sleep.
