raising my prices + new AI product

yo, it’s my 30th birthday. I always promised myself I’d become a millionaire at that age and fortunately I reached this goal. through heart, brains, sweat, and fears. I failed most of my moonshots, but that’s just pent-up energy for later, “c’est partie remise”.

Just moved in a new house and replaced my full workforce with AI this year. Got 3 more dogs, 4 total. Got married. Lots happened. Year’s not over though. And I’m standing on very advantageous grounds. Enjoying the view and planning my next offense.

I’ve got announcements for this birthday of mine.

First, as promised, I’m raising my prices. Too much demand of my limited supply of energy. Value’s also exponentially increasing. So, Charles Coaching is now 2k/month and 5k for 3 months. Done by Charles is now 3k/month and 8k for 3 months.

Second, I’m also offering a new service, it’s called Done by AI Charles. Most the campaigns I deploy for clients nowadays are non-AI or low-AI. Done by AI Charles will be intermediate AI Outreach, aka the use of Clay.com which clients shall pay at a rate of minimum 160$/month. I’ll deploy heavy AI artillery and results are expected to 2.5X / campaign as Clay means hypersonalization at scale.

Third, I’m only working with the best out there. I’ve started taking shares of clients of mine. The one’s that have major PMF and that are on strong projected growth curves. So yeah, I’m taking 1-5% vested equity in em. I expect to cashout on 1/10th of em for at least 1M in less than 10 years. Placing my time invested at a descent 10k/hr.

Fourth and least, I’ve been onboarding various CEOs to manage some of my PMF’d agencies / productized services, and I’m excited to be on track for that one. Expecting 5 Full Time CEOs by the end of this year. 3/5 there yet. If you’re a top pilot seeking to fly the latest fighter jet, you lmk.
