couple of reasons why i’m getting 1 positive reply/day from this one:
1- it’s not personalization, it’s understanding how the market behaves. It took me 2-3k conversations to get insights such as that people are tired of VC funding and may want to self-fund.
2- I relate to their pains and come up with a potential medicine
3- It’s short
4- I talk their slang
Keep on testing. i’m getting 1 product-market-fit every 20 ideas I test. It takes time.
