getting cold email replies 101 once you have got your ai tech stack on:

1- Write down all your ICPs, start with 5. ie fintech CEOs with 5M of funding, 7 sales team members, using Hubspot and growing headcounts.
2- For each ICP, write 5 pain points. ie cost, hiring agencies, staff turnover, lack of internal comms and broken systems.
3- Write 5 Solutions for each pain points. ie lower cost, integrated agency, agency that stays, slack channel and zapier setup.

5 ICPs x 5 pain points x 5 solutions = 125 emails written.

you'd have 5 pain campaigns per ICP. Each with 5 emails, the 5 solutions to each problem. 25 emails per ICP.

If you can't get 1 product market fit through this, than you're at the wrong place at the wrong time.
