it’s elegantly simple: I’d ask my podcast guests if they’d want me to put some ad dollars into the podcast we recorded together. They give me 1000$/month. I invest 700$ into ads and charge 300$ to manage these ads.

My guests get more views and authority. I get paid + my pod grows from their ad dollars.
