offering exclusive access to my closing as a service for my subscribers/clients interested in getting new clients on autopilot.

I do lead gen, as usual, and partner up with friends of mine so that they close these leads.

it’s 2.5k/month + 20% commission on what we close (not recurring), so you need to have your LTV figured + margins of at least 60% for this to make sense. Your Product Market Fit must already be proven or you need to be opened to modify your product to make it fit.
