“idea’s aren’t worth crap” → false. a good idea is worth 1000 experiments.
when you become a quality idea machine, you shortcut the wealth line quite drastically. that is, if you have a nice cold email product-market-fit machine like mine that allows me to test thousands of ideas vs. markets on a daily basis. i get at least 1 major fit per day.
here are a couple of ideas i fell in love with this month, from interviewing folks on the pod and testing out these ideas out in the market:
a {{Charles}}GPT agency: gpthook.com is off the ground with 3 personalized chatbot requests / day. we expect 1 client per week at 700usd setup + 200usd/month maintenance. ppl use these bots to sell more, replace themselves or replace positions. will eventually sell 5 of these a week in 5 months from now.
a form-filling AI: I’ve had this canadian GenAI company that fills out Canadian immigration forms on autopilot. check em out here: https://visto.ai/
we can imagine the same for filling out government contracts / request for proposal at scale. power to AI!
a cashback on expired items app. so watch this. a mexican entrepreneur making up an app that scans almost expired items bar code at the supermarket. the bread brand gets a customer that buys the product. the consumer gets a 30% cashback. the company takes a monthly fee from BigCPMG. Learn about it in spanish here:
AITherapy: like HeyPi.com, but better. a therapist in your pocket. accessible immediately, and for 20$/month instead of 2000$/month. no need of “insurance coverage” or whatever paperwork BS. It remembers you, for life.
https://thedeepen.app/ if you want to check it out. the app is still not perfect UX wise but it’ll get there.
a productized services agency partnering with B2B creators to instantly launch 1M/month businesses:
shoutout to Pat Walls, great content.
genAI for branding guidelines: a goldmine. this founder exited for 120M not so long ago, finished raising a 2.5M pre-seed and I think is gonna exit for 150M to Adobe or Canva in 2025. www.brandguard.ai pod’s out soon.
An All-In Podcast as a service. I target VCs that watch the All-In Podcast with starting their own 4 ways Opinionated Weeky Zoom Call. Take care of the full backend, so they can sit up and deliver great content at scale. I charge 1.5k/VC x 4 that’s 6k/month for light work. I’d act as the moderator, The Jason, on the call. Very, very bullish on this. And MFM podcast as a service, aka pairing you with your perfect co-host and doing the full backend work.
BONUS: best podcast / media content / strategy I’ve seen in a while, Caleb Pressley. Hilarious and very fast growing:
What idea are you most bullish about? tell me in the comments :)
