Weeks ago I sat down with my coach, and we talked about getting smaller transactions that were more frequent as I’m going high ticket in my consulting / agency work nowadays. I made a newsletter about it and this is a follow-up to it.
Yesterday I received my first payment for https://listraid.com/ (100$ list).
Couple lessons here:
Experiment more, launch fast.
What you may think as “dumb”, the market may actually want. Don’t project.
low ticket and higher volume is complementary to the high ticket strategy
think simple when it comes to startup ideas that can monetize instantly. what value do you have sitting next to you. how can you package this up and deploy it at scale.
where are the arbitrages? where are the gray zones?
as you get old and comfortable, try launching more. be forever young and forever found. 0 to 1 keeps the doc away.
work on no code tech stacks that require you few work to sell, and few work to deliver. keep it simple, especially for a beta.
sometimes you may wanna give out too much value / free stuff while the market simply wants to pay. I started wanting to trade lists with ppl. Then gave a bunch for free. But some folks just want precise list and pay for them. They just want a trusted person to give them reliable lists.
now why don’t you launch now? why so comfy?
