100/leads a week: what to do when this happens.
scale to 1000. and work on your "reply templates"
I’ve reached the mythical 100 meets/week. I’m also celebrating 1k videos on YT, which to me is a greater milestone than getting 1M subscribers, it shows that I’m consistent and that I have systems: I love what I’m doing and this can scale.
Now what can one do when they have 100 meets/week? “die” most would respond. to my brain, the opposite: live and go for 1000 meetings! ultra athletes will understand. but before this thought would come a more humble response: work reply templates.
1- What’s a reply template?
It’s when folks reply to your campaigns, for example:
1st email:
The {{Company}} Podcast
Hi {{first_name}}. {{apollo_ai_personalized_opener}}
I work with CEOs to have them scale their podcast systems.
I've found that running a podcast funnel can help {{vertical}} companies like {{Company}} generate top insights, subscribers, leads, and clients.
given any thoughts on The {{Company}} Podcast's potential to crush your {{now_month}} goals?
would love to share screen you my {{industry}} podcast systems.
PS would also love to discuss The {{First_Name}} {{Last_Name}} Show :)
my reply template is if I get a “yes I want to discuss” is:
pod plan
hey there, here’s my link if you’re up for a fun-free-high-value podcast funnel screenshare call, else read on..
so I use podcast funnels to learn from 15 CEOs/day, build a $5B Network, generate 100+ leads/week and close 10% into clients.
I generate 100k+ views/month with my podcast and my CEOs/founders make $426k/yr which quickly got me to attract sponsors as well.

TLDR plan:
1- we set up your Apollo, Sendgrid and Namecheap/Cpanel mailboxes so we can fill your calendar with guests
2- we do the basic setup: signatures, warm ups, frequence setting
3- we talk ICP so we can target folks that might end up doing business with you.
4- we talk offer/product: how to run your pod to make it appealing and grow fast even though you’re gonna start from 0. Result: you get product-market-fit and scale.
5- I share all my copywriting for free so that you can hook up more guests and learn about how to outreach (value of 2k)
6- I share my podcasting course for free (value of 2k).
7- we meet 4 times a month in the 1st month (limited promo), then twice a month.
8- you get a bunch of leads, brand awareness, build your community and subscribers. you basically build network effects as a backend and build business resiliency for years to come.
9- we set up your backend funnels: community, newsletter, etc. so that you retain all the value.
10- we get you familiar with a bunch of AI tools and system: Opus, Harpa, Claude, Contactou.
11- this program gets me 100+ meetings/week. top clients of mine have got 100+ meets/month. got testimonials to prove it.
12- Don’t have time to run a pod? We can run the interviews for you :) there’s a waitlist for that program.
we charge 1.5k/month or 4k/3 months. We’re 350% cheaper than competition as we love scale. Prices increase every quarter as I keep delivering more. I love coaching mainly because I can learn from you as well :)
7/10 slots are taken for this program that I recently re-opened (I function in cohorts).
the podcasting methods I use are highly unconventional and I feel everyone will be doing this in 9 months from now. for example YouTube is my main podcasting platforms, allowing me to drop YouTube Shorts that get me 10k views in 2hrs.
lmk if we should book something, I can have you skip my "4+ weeks full calendar” wait line.
I could also interview you for my pod as a start :)
now comes the wisdom: this reply template is probably the most important piece of email you’ll send. The goal of the 1st email is to get a reply. The reply is to get a meeting. You need to absolutely convince the crap out of the replier.
I am tweaking this email up there obsessively. Do not take what’s in this email quite literally. It’s really charlesy: long, very honest and explicative. not humble and super tailored to my needs: I’m really short on time, and have lots of clients. Still, somewhat of a good template for many of you.
Point is, once I have clients generating these numbers, my advice to them is over-obsess about that reply template.
What’s your booking rate?
How can you add authority?
How can you add numbers and stats?
How can I shorten the email?
How can I get my point accross?
How can that email fit with the 1st one I sent?
What feedback are you getting on the email via reply?
What feedback are you getting via calls?
Do my subsequent calls close?
I’m reviewing every words and every single sentence of that email. Removing stuff, adding stuff. This email is my holy grail. Once I have it good enough, I could even ideally send a stripe link and get paid without getting on a call.
Now starting this article, I told you I’d scale to 1k meets a week, and I was serious about it, so..
2- How does one get to 1000 meetings/week?
By 10Xing everything I do. Buying 20 more apollo accounts. Buying and setting up 100 more mailboxes via Namecheap. Getting a 1M emails sent/month SendGrid Plan. 10Xing down on AI. I won’t hire more sales ppl also, unless they are full commission, as I’m going all out on humans and all in on bots. I’d either have set up landing pages or develop my CharlesAI to catch more Cat Fish. More on that in another article.
